In each section of the website is one automatically created content row.
Content Row icons:
1. "Anchor" - Add an anchor to row
2. "Background" - Add a Background for a Row and setup Content width for a Content Row.
3. "Move" - Move a Row with content. Icon "Move" appears only if this section has at least two Rows of content.
4. "Add Row" - add a new content Row
5. "Delete" - Delete a row with all content. Icon "Delete" appears only if this section has at least two Rows of content.
