You can add a messenger button to each service or product on your website allowing your clients to send a message to your Messenger (Facebook Messenger, Skype, Whatsapp, Viber, or other).
Messenger settings:
1. Go to My Messengers
2. Add your profile picture and the name that will appear for your website visitors
3. Insert a username or phone number only for the Messengers you want to allow your customers to use for contacting you.
4. Save
Add the Messenger button to one or more of your products or services
1. Go to the Products section
2. Click Edit the product you want to add the "Send Message" option
3. Check the "Send Message" checkbox
4. Save it

The "Send Message" button will appear on your website allowing the website visitors to contact you immediately by messenger
